1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.

Refunds are not applicable on custom, personalized, or bulk orders, as these items are manufactured or sourced according to specific client requirements.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@proedgeworld.com with your order number, product images, and reason for return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will share the return instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, except in cases where the product received was damaged or incorrect.

3. Inspection & Approval

All returned items go through a thorough quality inspection upon arrival at our facility. Once verified and approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following products are non-refundable:

  • Custom, OEM, or bulk manufacturing orders.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items.
  • Vape products once opened or used, due to hygiene and safety regulations.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos and order details so we can prioritize your replacement or refund request.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing, manufacturing, or shipment begins, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

8. Exchange Option

In certain cases, customers may opt for an exchange instead of a refund. Exchanges are subject to product availability and the condition of the returned item.
